Just stayed this past weekend. Absolutely wonderful! The hospitality of every employee was greatly appreciated. We had a king suite, large room, with a pull out couch . The bed and pillows were so comfortable! This hotel has to be the quietest we've stayed at in London. Our 3 year old enjoyed the pool both nights we were there. The free breakfast was delicious, eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, muffins, fresh fruit and fresh waffles, and more! Free chocolate chip cookies and free coffee?! What an added bonus! We go to London 3-4 times a year and I think we have found our spot. It's also very close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you County Inn for a wonderful stay.

Came here because a loved one was having surgery. I expected this place to be better because of the reviews, our tv was very difficult to work someone had to come up and wiggle wires behind it. I went down to the continental breakfast @ 9 am and there wasn’t anything left over and they said they were cooking more but there was absolutely nothing refilled or kept up. Rooms weren’t the cleanest and need to be updated badly.

Decent place. Clean rooms and good staff. Stayed night before operation at Victoria hospital. Bit lumpy bed with 5 flat pillows. Breakfast was appreciated by my companion. Wish I could have eaten. 😎 Staff was great.

The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Washroom was clean also. The pool room was not at all as nice as it looks on the website. Felt slimy after getting out of it. The walls of the pool looked grimy.. We noticed when we got out of the pool there is more than just a closing smell, the water stinks too. And the floor of the pool has a bunch of things that hurt your feet. Like filters or something that are on the floor and what feels like a long tube. I don't know. Just know it was very unpleasant to step on, and so many of them that they are fairly unavoidable. Lastly, breakfast was disappointing. They have bacon, eggs and hash browns set out. And at first I thought how nice it was that it was more than just the average continental breakfast. Well.. they really should stuck to the continental cause I have no idea how it is possible but the eggs and sausage tasted so aweful that I questioned if it was real food.. My whole family was like.. what the hell is that!? They look like sausage but tasted like I don't even know.. indescribable gross'ness. The eggs too. They were some kind of strange spongy texture. The only thing we can come up with is that they were not real food, but some kind of genetically modified space food that looks like real food but is not.. the sausage looked like sausage.. but isn't. I am still baffled as to how that happened.. Everything else, coffee, juice, muffins, bread etc was fine.. but beware of the strange eggs and sausage. Check in and check out was fine. I found the staff did what they needed to do. They were professional but not friendly or approachable. They weren't unfriendly either.. they were just.. there to do their job. No eye contact. Looked down and gave you your stuff. Which I guess is fine. I don't need to make freinds with the front desk people.. lol.. but they were just a little robotic. . Wow.. maybe that explains the space breakfast. . Conspiracy theories... just saying... All in all it was okay. Just don't go there if you want to swim or have a hot breakfast.
