Clean, comfortable hotel with fridge and microwave in the room. Everything appeared new. All staff were friendly and helpful and check-in and check-out went very smoothly. We didn't encounter any problems at all during our stay. The hot buffet breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Great staff warm and friendly on checking in. Room was nice and spacious and the bed was very soft. Quiet rooms. A nice pool that closes at 10 p.m. A wonderful Free breakfast buffet in the morning. Located near shopping, restaurants and bars. Convenient location by the airport. The staff was very helpful of any questions asked to them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I would definitely stay there again.

My first stay at a best western was not very good at all. We went to get ice without our belongings at about 7pm, and when we returned to our room our keys had stopped working. We waited around 30 minutes to get a new one since there was a line forming at the front desk and no staff to be seen. The people in line said they had already been waiting 15 minutes to check in. It certainly angered us to be waiting in a hotel lobby during our stay. There are also a lot of things in the hotel that appear rather disgusting and in obvious need of replacement. Additionally, the doors closing of other rooms was extremely loud. It was an issue.

Beds and room smells hospital clean. The hotel it's self was amazing but the front desk guy made us wait an hour to get a room and when he could have served us he wasn't. We were in a car accident and had no choice but to go there as opp drove us there as a favor ( Woodstock hotels were full). Some lady made a comment about how I was rude because I asked him to check the email for the paperwork.he agrees with her all in ears range. We had asked him several times to check the email and he said no it's not there. Meanwhile he served five customers in between us. I understand I might have been a little bit short as I was in a car accident and worried about my daughter but he could have been more attentive. I'm from London, so I'm not really surprised by his attitude or her inability to mind her own business. As well kids were screaming up and down the halls at 1130 pm and it went on for 10-15 minutes. Actually I had to call front desk as the parents were not even watching their kids nor on the same floor. To add the lady who served us the following day was amazing, attentive and patient and we are really thankful for her ability to be able to sympathize with us over our situation.

Very nice and helpful staff, large selection for the breakfast and well kept and restocked. Nice size rooms, very clean. Pool a little small and pool area very hot, you don't need a sauna, just sit by the pool.
