After driving up and down Dundas St and seeing our options, we decided on this one, for it's clean charming exterior and it's honest, friendly service at the front desk. Felt welcome right away, and they were more than willing to set us up with what we needed for a comfortable stay. Room air-conditioner worked very well. Every part of room was clean and no smell of smoke or anything unpleasant. Really enjoyed those winged high back chairs, makes me wish I had a game of cards or chess going on the round table between them. Beds comfy, slept well. Shower was either too hot or not warm enough in the morning.. had to adjust it three or four times. Water pressure was decent. Complementary breakfast available in the morning. Nothing too fancy, just simple bread and - bagels and - a toaster, butter, peanut butter, jam, milk, oj, coffee(c+s), breakfast cereal, and a nice big table to sit at. I would come back here for sure.

You get what you paid for. The room was huge and beautiful painted... but the "hot tub" didnt work, the window was boarded up and some other visitors were fairly loud throughout the night and interrupted our ability to get a good nights rest unfortunately.
