This is one of the best hotels in London. I chose it because I was looking for a staycation opportunity for my kids, and the water slide looked amazing. My kids enjoyed that all day! I also noticed several business conferences going on at the same time, so the hotel is a great choice for business or leisure. It's spacious, and staff are friendly. They gave me meal coupons to use at the restaurant to make amends for a minor mistake. They took responsibility for our experience at the hotel. We appreciated it.

A great experience all around. Very nice hotel, very clean, great rooms, nice staff. The pool and waterslide are wonderful - great place for kids. Restaurant and room service were very good too. Very accommodating too - they turned off the music in the restaurant while we had breakfast as it was bothering our son who has sensory issues. We will definitely return.

We traveled with adult kids and grandkids. We enjoyed the pool and atrium area. The staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. The exterior hotel and interior hallways and rooms were nicely refurbished. Some of the areas in the rooms still need to be completed. We had 3 rooms and 1 didn’t seem to be completely done as in closet and bathroom doors. The carpet could be updated or go all together and all the bathrooms definitely needed updating. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and nice. Everything was clean and the staff worked around the hotel. Overall we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this hotel and return when we are in London.

I was attending a technical seminar for Sub Zero/Wolf appliances. This is my favourite seminar of the year. For two reasons. One being I love the atmosphere surrounding the high-end appliance market, it is the best place for a skilled technician to really shine and learn how to become one of the best. The head trainer at SZ/W is the best I have dealt with. Second reason, is the food at this Best Western! We had the red pepper soup, garden salad, Roast Beef dinner with Yorkshire pudding and Cheesecake for dessert. I look forward to my drive to London once year for this amazing experience! If you are looking to book a decent conference room with the best hotel food around, do it here!

Great pool. Big hot tub and slide for kids (and adults :) ). Had a nice gazebo-style bar by pool but we never saw it open. Smaller rooms but was clean. Good restaurant right next door made it easy.
