Good for what you're paying for. Inexpensive. Right down town, so it's within walking distance of a lot of things. The location is the best part. The hotel itself isn't bad. It's fairly clean. My pillows smelled old (only one was usable) and the entire room smelled of strong curry spices which was unpleasant. The walls are pretty thin so sometimes you can hear other tenants slamming their doors, and it's an old building so the plumbing and everything isn't the most modern, but it's not so bad. The front desk staff was always very friendly and it was really nice having a whole space to come back to during my long visit in London rather than just a room. I traveled as a single woman and I felt safe staying in this hotel even though it was downtown.

A decent place to stay if you want to find a cheap hotel downtown. Friendly staff and underground parking was nice. There was an overly strong lingering perfumey scent in the hallways and elevator, but it wasn't unpleasant. The rooms are small and basic, but you get what you pay for of course. If you're looking for a no-frills option in the downtown core, it's a solid choice. If you're the kind who likes a larger room, nice view and amenities, etc., you'll probably want to spend a bit more elsewhere.

My room was large and comfortable. The kitchen was pretty basic but came with everything we needed including a nice full size fridge/freezer. Everything was clean and well laid out. It was a great value for anyone looking for a place with a kitchen in the downtown London area.

The room was huge. We had a one bedroom. It was clean. The only downside was that the walls are thin, we could hear people having a party as clear as if they were in our room. We called down to the front desk and the party was quickly quieted. Staff was great. Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend to friends and family.

Check-in was simple and quick. Front desk were cheerful and pleasant. The room was much bigger than I expected. The bed was plush and I had an enjoyable sleep. The room came with an eat-in kitchen with standard appliances. The price point for the room was excellent. I will definitely return.
