Dont bother going to Sudbury if youre only passing through, this place have HUGE rooms and 2 queen size beds plus a "pull-out" sofa bed, very Affordable without needing to use a CREDIT CARD

Friendly folks at the front desk. Rooms are very good. Exterior is under reno it appears. Downside is the gravel parking lot with large potholes.

Nice welcome..Room was a good size and clean...all in all good value..only criticizem having the exercise room next to breakfast room was slightley intrusive trying to have a conversation with the running machine pounding ...otherwise couldn't fault it....

I have been staying here for years when on business trips ..love this place . nice owners the rooms are clean , beds are comfy and free breakfast , affordable price .
