Nice location, beautiful big size pool. The restaurant was nice and the food was deliciously fresh. Definitely better than other places where all you get is warmed up frozen food. The chef was accommodating and looked after the party's needs.

Room was quite nice, however there were many little things that made the experience less so. There was a railing outside the window as if we could open it to have a small patio, but it didn't open. The hot tub was closed but nobody told us on check in. Small things that bring it to a 4 star. What brings it to a 3 star is the parking area. The main parking lot was very small, and the secondary parking lot looked like a construction site (dirt piles, unfinished work areas, etc). Didn't feel great to have to leave my car there. Clean room and decent restaurant however, which was well enjoyed.

Booked a room for one night. The room was on the main floor. Room was fairly large (double queen) and was kept clean. Heating worked wonderfully, bathroom was old by adequate. Hot tub was closed understandably but pool was kept to an unusable temperature. Television signal was poor and would often cut-out and one could easily hear other patrons in the adjacent rooms. Restaurant was delicious and well-priced both for breakfast and dinner. A fairly average hotel. Nothing extraordinary but nothing terrible either.

I stayed here for several nights, on check in I waited for 10 minutes due to the desk attendant speaking with customers on the phone BEFORE he called for help for myself and the other guests. I have now been sitting in my room for 3 days with a broken toilet AFTER informing the front desk. I tried eating at the restaurant and my "Vegetable Stir Fry" consisted of a bowl of under cooked rice, an over cooked chicken breast in massive chunks, and 1 cup of diced vegetables consisting mostly of onion. When The waitress asked 'how was your meal' when I left most of the rice; if you stay here eat at Canton House around the corner; more vegetables for less. I travel for a living and this is the worst stay I've ever had. I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

Went there for an event. The tv in the lobby indicated clearly which room the event was being held, great start. Once came the time for the meal, it's like it was everyone's first service. Nobody knew what was in the food they were serving. Not good if you have allergies. It was a total mess when it came time to switch between salad and main meal. Our bread plates were removed far too quickly and others stayed until even after we received the dessert. No consistency. Although the servers were nice, they never followed up on simple requests. It would have been nice if we would of had someone come back to inform us no tea was available that evening so an alternative option could have been served. The lady who wanted tea got nothing at all because the server didn't come back to let her know no tea was available.
