NEVER EVER staying at this hotel EVER again Just getting in the door the furniture in the lobby is tattered and gross! !!!!BED BUGS!!!! The hotel did cover the cost of our stay. The pool is DISGUSTING and should not be open to the public. It is so cloudy you can’t see the bottom. I told management I was a lifeguard and they should close it. The scum line has NEVER been scrubbed! They didn’t close the pool. A relative went swimming the next day. I am positive the pool area isn’t inspected hourly. At home I go to a hotel pool often. You should smell like chlorine when you leave. A Hotel pool should be at higher levels because of the small size and volume of people that use them. Hot tub was out of service thank god. I stayed with my family in 5 different rooms and every room had something broken and dirty in them. When we came to breakfast my family, they had already eaten at Perkins and they said eat some where else. Their hash browns where practically RAW and service was very slow. Rooms smell like hockey change rooms! Window so dirty you can’t even see out them. Bed was lumpy and squeaked, pillow top. HAHA! I’ve stayed in a fair amount of hotels and motels this one by far is the worst I’ve ever been in. The only reason it got a 1 star review is how well the manager handled the bed bug situation, and I can’t give a big fat ZERO, but Stuart they don’t pay you and your staff enough to handle the poor up keep and the amount of complaints you must get from this hotel. Who ever owns that hotel is laughing all the way to the bank, but should be ashamed of themselves. No pride what so ever! I feel very sorry for how this represents the city of Sudbury.

Had a decent stay at the Travelodge. The room was great and well kept.. but there were no towels available at the pool, which had fairly cold water, and made for a chilly walk back up to our hotel room.

First arrived to a group of people hanging out at the front of the building outside their rooms rolling drugs and talking profanity. Disregarded and moved inside. Friendly staff, booked dual queen suite which was told was a floor below. Drove around back past the fallen lamp post and entered through the rear to the room. Turned the AC down (was set to 18°C), walked past the two stains I the carpet and pink stain on the ceiling to the bed (must have been a good party). Tried eating at the adjoining Perkins but that's a whole different review. Finally got to sleep around 10:40pm. Wide awake around 2am. Fights and arguments happening in the hallway. Must have been a good bar night. Back to sleep shortly after. Wide awake at 7am again, slamming and scraping above along with conversations. I give up on sleep, pack up and leave. Have fun and enjoy your stay here.

Convenient location, way too pricey for deposit. Great service; even the custodial staff was very helpful. Older hotel, and would definitely recommend to replace the windows and sliding doors.

Beds were comfortable, was a little disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included with the price I paid, BUT great customer service ,trying to find parking at 11:30 PM was a little overwhelming after long travel but they let us check out late which helped a lot as we had our newborn with us and he knew we weren’t home. Over all great experience since we booked last minute. They accommodated to most our needs.
