Went to the Hampton for a two night stay. Check in was promt and with good service. We had a room that didn't quite fit our needs with two young children and the staff were excellent when changing our room, it was no problem. Breakfast was very good for a hot contental breakfast. Room was clean, Nice finishes. The view wasn't anything to speak of, but we weren't there for the view. Pool was great for the kids, medium size, good temperature. I wish there was a spa. Location was excellent for getting to and from highways, ten minutes from science North. About ten minutes from down town too. The front desk staff were excellent. Definitely would recommend.

Convenient location close to shopping. The hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. Good sized rooms have a mini fridge and microwave which is great. My husband and I both found the mattress very uncomfortable and the pillows are garbage, they squish flat. Breakfast room has lots of seating, and is clean and bright. Food quality is what you would expect from a hotel, but lots of options. Overall it was an acceptable experience and we would stay here again.

I had a great time while I was here. Staff was very friendly and the room was very tidy and offered everything. I will definitely be returning again.

Rooms were clean and staff was great. Having fresh coffee in the lobby at all hours was a big bonus for me. Kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast in the morning was good and filling with omelets and waffles. Having Shoeless Joes in the parking lot was a bonus as there was no driving needed after a few drinks.

We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms looked and felt really clean. It was nice and close to LCBO, and other shopping places that we needed for restocking on the trip.
