It was a quick overnight stay on a road trip. My only concern is that it appears it was a smoking room at one point, so we could still smell the remnants of it. Our limited interaction with the staff was pleasant. No staff at the front desk when we left at 8am though

Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The Golden Palace Chinese food restaurant is amazing! I just wished they had a coffee maker in the rooms. You can't even get a cup of coffee from the restaurant to bring back to your room. I would stay there anyday.

When your truck breaks down ! You think your day is ruined, but the helpful front desk staff even arranged to have me picked up! And by themselvs, this showed me that they care enough to go far and beyond what I am used too. 5 stars and more if I could, they made my catastrophe a godsend! Thanks red carpet you made me feel special!! And the hotel room was by far worth the price. Super clean and they had the heat on even before they knew I was coming! -10 outside perfect in the room! Thanks again " support local business " in any form!!! Tyler knowlton Happy customer
