Very nice place to stay. I rolled in very late and I think I may have woke him up. I have two dogs and that was okay but he wanted me to assure him they would not bark and disturb the other guests. The room was very clean and had all the amenities a travel is might need. I had breakfast and thought it was wonderful. Since I am a Red Seal Chef that speaks for itself. I took the dogs for a walk behind the motel and to my surprise they are beautifying the back with perrenials. I talked to the owners when I was leaving, extremely polite and interesting conversation. Sorry it took so long to write the review as my stay was back in May. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Very pleasant and accommodating owners! Room was very clean and fairly roomy. Looks like they have recently updated the motel (and are in the process updating a wing that wasn't open.). Restaurant has simple meals that are priced fairly... nothing fancy. Certainly one of the better northern Ontario motels!

Updated and cozy. While restaurant's menu is limited the food is decent and satisfying. Not licensed for beer/wine/spirits. Rooms are up-to-date and do not smell of smoke. Clean and musty - free. Conveniently located on Hwy 17, next to LCBO. Priced right for area and accommodations.
