Discusting room. Mold on bathroom ceiling. asked 3 times for it to be cleaned. Carpets dirty. Micro wave dirty. Nothing good to say about this place. Husband was not impressed. Not worth the money at all. Never again. Would not recommend to no one

Spent the night here and got mauled by bed bugs! They originally had me in 104 then changed me rooms saying how 215 won't have them....if one room has them, they all do...so I took videos and pics to show everyone how absolutely disgusting this motel and its owners. They refused to give me my money back when I wanted to leave even after I showed them the dead bed bugs, videos of them crawling on the wall and bites all over me. I'm calling the better business bureau and showing the department of health too. Don't go to this motel. Absolutely disgusting.

We did not have as a horrible experience as others but I think we were given one of the better rooms on the 2nd floor (but that's still a below avg room compared with chain budget hotels). Older heating/AC unit which work okay, only 1 set of towels and 1 toilet paper in the room for 2 people (we did ask for a 2nd roll of toilet paper and the gentleman was nice about giving us another), light bulb missing from one of the lamps, fridge worked, in room microwave, older TV. Furniture was dated with wear and tear, but functional. Bed was actually comfortable. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was barely average. So to sum this all up... I would not stay here again because of quality issues, but it worked for us as a one nighter to be close to our event the next early morning. If you have stayed at a Super8 or Motel6 before, the Bolton Inn doesn't even come close to them in quality or service. This a a one nighter motel and only if you have no other reasonable choices. Stay on the 2nd floor and ask to be as far away as possible from the smoking rooms.

hotel was awful. disgusting smells and crusty ass walls and floors. no food in the mini fridge. also i found mini pubes in the shower while i was moisturizing. the nasty hairy brown man in the front desk probably murdered someone on the 5th floor. i stayed up all night because the loud ass noises of the porn from next door and drug deals being made outside wouldnt let me have my daily beauty sleep. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.

Unfortunately I've had to stay here a few times. The owner is the only one on payroll and he doesn't service any of the rooms or change out bedsheets or towels. We had 3 rooms and then owner stated that each room (with double beds) was only supposed to house 2 people at maximum so he wouldn't give us any extra towels. There were 6 towels for a total of 12 people. Constant sketchy people going in and out and fights are a frequent sight. We needed a plunger so the owner gave us one but it was broken and did not work. Some of my travel partners left with bed bug bites all up and down their legs and arms. So if your into catching a disease or like to itch your skin constantly then this is the place for you!
