Immaculate and very organized. Staff was very helpful during our time there. The rooms are very cozy and big. Includes refrigerator, stove, microwave oven if you dont want to splurge on hotel food, buy your own and cook it in your room. Air conditioning wasn't great, it seemed to be timed based on room temperature but I like it chilly when I go to sleep. A++++!!

6 storey building. Reception was friendly. All rooms have a kitchen. Free breakfast is included but they only use paper plates. Free WiFi. Didn't like that bottled water in the rooms are $2.50 each so bring your own water bottles which can be filled up at their water fountains. The beds are a little soft. Lounge area has a computer to use. Next to a large shopping centre and the Vaughan subway station that can bring you all the way downtown Toronto. For the pool and hot tub, there are no change rooms but there is a washroom next to the pool. They want you to have a shower before and after but there isn't one in the washroom so you have to use your own hotel room's shower. There is a large free parking lot but remember to register your license plate with the front desk or else your car may be towed. There is a BBQ and small basketball court outdoors.

Breakfast was good, included waffles, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage and Canadian bacon, roasted potatoes, yogurt and fruit. Also included muffins, toast, bagels. Milk, juice, coffee and hot chocolate also available. Rooms were well appointed with all cooking needs covered, comfy bed and pillows. The only downfall was the fold out couch. The mattress was horrible, the coils could be felt even through the mattress pad, sheet and blanket. Not made for a comfortable sleep. We didn't use maid service during our 4 day stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, every question was answered and need attended to. Conveniently located near Vaughn Mills, Boston Pizza, Walmart and Costco. Great location for team stays.

Great rooms, good breaky, exercise room has weights. Staying here anytime I'm in the area. It would be nice if a little more control over the hockey teams was used so they don't over run the pool and common areas.

Excellent hotel for families. Beds were very comfortable. Everything seemed well maintained (one stove burner not functioning out of four, big deal). Free breakfast, free parking, a pool and working kitchen (regular fridge, oxen and microwave) more than make up for a slightly higher price. Staff were very friendly and understanding of our children and family's needs. Would definitely stay here again. Heck, there's a spot to shoot a basketball!
