From the moment I walked in there were problems. The front desk clerk, I don't know her name, was horribly rude and combatant. My friend also booked a room and we both asked for early check-ins at 1pm. We actually didn't arrive until 3pm and our rooms were not ready. My friend was downgraded from the room she booked to a lesser room. When it was my turn The clerk was in such a horrible mood she began berating me in front of everyone within earshot. I got a deal on my room and she was upset that I did. When i tried to explain she cut me off and rudely spoke down to me. When My friend stepped in she was told to mind her own business and yelled at. This went on for a bit. I can't adequately describe how bad this was. When We got up to our rooms, mine was fine, but my friends room had human feces on her bed sheet. The hotel neglected to change her sheets. maybe they rushed because they weren't finished when we arrived, I don't know, but it was possibly the most disgusting thing we have ever experienced in a hotel. My friend went down and complained. They upgraded her to the original room she booked THAT THEY SAID WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO BEGIN WITH and gave her a discount of only $40. Better than nothing I guess.
There were a few other smaller issues. My room came with a sofa bed. It had no blanket and when we called down for one they told us they ran out. Instead, my son had to sleep with an extra mattress pad.
I would NOT recommend this hotel even if it was free. I am truly disappointed in almost every aspect of this establishment.
