A great hotel. It has spacious rooms at reasonable rates. The hotel is located close to various amenities. It is easy to get to as it is located on a major thoroughfare. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in town.

Under construction!!! construction 🔨. I can’t believe people pay 💰 to sleep and and be disturbed by this hotel!! They say it will be nice! I don’t care! I just wanted a restful nite sleep! Not here! Place is very disorganized from the top down! Stay away! This place is a joke!

I have stayed at this hotel 2 times prior and had no issues until our 3rd stay. When we entered the room, we noticed that it was a little chilly so tried turning up the heat on the thermostat. An hour after doing that, we noticed the temperature in the room had gone from 16 degrees, to just 18.5 degrees. We called the front desk to see if they could have someone come in and when they did, they pulled out a very old filter from the vents that looked as though it hasn't been changed in a long time! He told us it'd take about 5 minutes for the heat to pump in and after waiting about 20 minutes in a still freezing hotel room, we called the front desk again to see if we could just switch rooms instead. They informed us that they could switch us but that it wouldn't make too much of a difference because the heating system in the entire hotel was down and was currently being repaired. He also informed us that they were giving out space heaters but were out of them and couldn't provide us with one. He assured us the heat should be up and running soon but we ended up having to sleep in a very cold hotel room the entire night... on New Years! When we checked out, I noticed all the employees were in their coats at the front desk so I am assuming they were not successful in fixing the problem. I've also noticed the main elevator seems to be always under repair and never running! The rooms are good and I like the idea of having a kitchenette but I am very disappointed in the way the entire situation was handled and will most likely not be coming back to stay here again.

Amazing room with amazing prices. Our kids were so excited that we had a kitchen a room in the living room and our suite and they each have their own bed.

A good place to stay, especially for a family or a large group of people since they also have 2 bedroom suites. The big plus for Extended Stay is that is one of the very few hotels that have a kitchenette which is very helpful for people with special dietary needs and want to cook their food themselves. Rooms: We had to go for a 2 bedroom suite since they were almost out of rooms. It was a too much for just two folks. Having said that, the room was in great shape - clean and well arranged. They have 3 TVs apparently (one in each bedroom and one in the living room). The kitchen was good and all the basic utensils were already there. They also provide a coffee machine with coffee, tea bags, sugar etc. However, if you are looking for salt or any condiments - hard luck. We reached late in the evening and while cooking, we discovered that there isn't any salt in the room. There are a couple of convenience stores around but none that have any sachets of salt or a salt in smaller quantity. Service: The service, overall, is good. They have a good spread in the breakfast with bagels, toasts, juices, coffee, milk, slices of bread, cereals, scrambled eggs etc. They even have an evening snacks bar - which I haven't seen in any other Extended Stays (in the US) - but we never got a chance to see that as we were out on all evenings of our stay. The staff was good, quite helpful. Location: The location is quite good - just off 400 and Steeles Avenue looked like one of the most happening streets (all the way down) in the area with many restaurants, gas stations, plazas etc. Overall, it's a great place to be - especially if you want to cook yourself during the stay. The next best option you can get after Airbnb.
