Stopped for the night with my mother and my two kids. So much to do at the hotel. The room was gorgeous and faced the river. The price was very good for what was included. They had a gym, sauna, hot tub and pool free for use. We did everything except the sauna. They had bowling you could pay for which we did. It was fun and upbeat and kids loved it. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Everywhere was clean and there were more than enough towels and pillows to go around. The receptionist was very friendly. I plan to go back anytime we are in the area!

The lady at the front desk was not quite sure on how to deliver exceptional customer service. If she wasn't so polite it would have come across as standoffish. The hotel was clean enough for me and my family and we enjoyed supporting the local McDonald's since everything closes at 6 pm in bracebridge. I enjoy eating burgers and playing mini putt but much to my dismay they closed early the day we arrived. The lady at the front desk made sure to rub it in my face and tell us in great detail how good those burgers could have been. I loved the swimming pool and my kids enjoyed walking by all the people working out in the gyn to get there. My daughter thought one man looked exceptionally hairy and strong.
