It is a small hotel with no elevator. You cannot make a left into the hotel parking lot from the road. You can make a left into the plaza before the hotel and cut throw the plaza parking lot to get to the hotel. The staf were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The bed, pillows and duvet were super comfortable. I had a really good sleep. The only issue I had with the room was that the ac was very strong. It took a really long time to cool down. When it did cool down it wasn't that cold, especially when the weather that days was extremely hot and sticky. There breakfast was great. Love the waffles, had a good variety. Stocked the fruit basket throughout the day, which was great. Coffee accessible all day and night. I would stay there again.

Recently stayed for one night to attend a sporting event in Bracebridge. Check in was very quick and the front desk employee was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a room with two double beds, it was clean and while not large was comfortable. There was mini fridge in the room and a micro wave that could be used in the breakfast area. Fresh coffee was available 24 hours. The breakfast included was excellent and even though the guests came sporadically in large groups the hostess was able to ensure trays were rapidly replenished. We would definitely return
