Clean comfortable room. Don't count on their idea of "breakfast" to get you thru the morning. They should invest in a decent coffee maker and leave it at that.

This is my second review (first one on trip advisor). After an experience I had a couple of nights ago, i felt i had to writer another review. I went to get something from my car at 2am only to find I forgot my car key and room key. If i had my car key and only forgot my room key, I would have slept in my car till the office opened but sleeping outside wasn't too enticing. To my surprise, the owner opened the office door, with a friendly smile and without any hesitation or annoyance, opened my room door for me. I have stayed here for about 2 months now and I couldn't be happier with the service, staff, cleanliness and overall experience. This is run by a family who are very kind and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and spotless. Thank you to all the staff who have made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The worst hotel I stayed at in a long time they tried to charge us extra for a room with running water. After a bit arguing we ended up getting a room with no running water and a dirty blood stain on the mattress. I would never stay here again would rather sleep in my car next time hopefully the health unit shut them down. After I tried to get a new room the staff told me there were no other rooms and that it was usual for the water to freeze this time of year even though it was only minus 3 outside please don't go here

You get what you pay for. Room I stayed in was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, however sink in the bathroom had obviously broken plumbing that caused a flood and TV was not functional. Parking at this location is limited with significantly less spots than rooms, so you may arrive to find nowwhere to park.
