Lobby was welcoming, which was nice because the outside looks a little dated. Room was clean, with comfortable beds. We got a room for 4 people, but with only 2 towels. Would have been nice if we where informed at check in about the continental breakfast.. we where rooms about it after one of us had walked back into the lobby with McDonald's coffee. It seemed like there was alot of people staying there and our room was very quiet, which was nice after our event

I've been spoiled by nice hotels so I was worried when my wife told me we'd be staying at a HoJo Motel in Gravenhurst. I'm happy to say I was totally wrong to be concerned. The rooms were recently updated and surprisingly clean. Staff was great and very accommodating. I'd stay there again when in the area.

Travelled from Northern Ontario hoping to find a room. After driving 12 hours the gentleman at the front desk told me he had no rooms available (no problem as I had not made a reservation). Upon requesting to make a reservation I was told to come back at 2-3 pm and hopefully something would be available (this was at 5 am). Clearly not making any progress I asked if there was a washroom I could use before I was on my way upon which I was instructed washrooms were only for guest use. What a great way to treat a potential customer. Will never come here again.

We stayed in the unrenovated half of the hotel. The room was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The decor in the rooms is pretty outdated and our room in particular had an extremely unpleasant musty odour.

Dirty... hair everywhere in bathroom .. stuff on toilet seat... bug in bed... terrible breakfast (mostly stale packaged-type food... nothing fresh, save for a few bananas). Not worth price tag tbh...
