Amazing staff! I was welcomed with a nice cup of ice coffee upon checking in. Not sure if it was a slow day...but front desk decided to upgrade my room! Got the in-room jacuzzi which I decided to try. Was pleasantly content with the room and enjoyed the balcony as well. If I were to critic the stay: rooms a bit outdated and probably need a full modern renovation/some of the jets in the jacuzzi weren’t functional. I would still recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Me and my family stayed there for couple of nights this week. We chose this hotel for the location and the previous reviews. However, we found bug the second night, on my wife's body(actually biting her). We've never seen it before, not sure what kind of bug it was, so we searched online. It looked the same with bed bugs. We asked to switch a different room, and they did. But the TV wasn't working. We didn't bother to switch again. We are very disappointed.

Overall the room was fine; ideally we had wanted a double queen room but they were sold out, so we took a king with sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress was pretty thin and not overly comfortable...

Stayed overnight for my daughter's hockey tournament. The room size was great for the 4 of us. Almost like an apartment. With a room that size it's too bad it didn't have a full kitchen. Also, we booked the room for 4 but they only gave enough towels for 2. A minor inconvenience but those little difference help set businesses apart. Wish free breakfast was included for the price but knew that going in. Overall, so so experience. Didn't hate it but didn't love it either.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The beds are always comfortable and clean. I stay at this location often and I'm never disappointed.
