Had a wonderful time at the hotel, we at a great meeting between two families, the meeting room was able to handle 3 10 person tables. Room were standard but beds were comfy on floor 2 and 5. Saw the gym but didn't get a chance to use the pool

Stayed in one of the newly renovated suites. Very comfortable and asthetically pleasing. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants close by. Very inviting and comfortable front lobby.

I'm usually a huge Marriott fan, but found a very disappointing experience here. If you are a business traveler or plan to stay for an extended period, I recommend looking into alternatives. A few reasons: - Locked out of my room 6x due to a faulty door and keys - There were holes in the blankets - No chargers near the bed, traditional socket or USB port - No room service - The Bistro is closed all afternoon, so there's no place to even grab a hot coffee - Old exercise equipment in the fitness room - No healthy options at pantry market in lobby - Few walkable retailers, restaurants or local businesses* It didn't bother me, but there were huge groups of kids playing hockey in the hallway and adults smoking and drinking. Just an odd hotel experience. *You can get a meal at Dave & Buster's, IKEA, Boston Pizza or Our Thai

Good Marriott hotel, well maintained, decent gym (wish they had weight machines though - I can’t do free weights), location is decent depending upon your objective. Close to a lot of suburban attractions, not terribly close to downtown Toronto but doable. Decent inter floor and inter room insulation and very, very friendly staff. Nothing like being given a big smile as you get your oatmeal in the morning. The only real cons I found - bathrooms are a bit cramped with the sink outside the bathroom. Also, the hotel is frequented by a lot of sports teams (I.e hordes of kids, who will make a ruckus) so it can get noisy. Not sure what you can do about this. Staff enforced a 10 pm quiet time which is nice.

Conveniently located very close to paradise banquet hall. Clean rooms. Can't wait to see we what the renovations will look like.
