Was here in July when my LGA flight got cancelled due to the weather. Picked it based on airport shuttle availability. It took 1 hr to wait for the shuttle, however that was the only inconvenience. Stuff at the desk is super friendly, I got a bottle of water when I said that I have no Canadian coins for a vending machine. Room is sparkling clean. Jacuzzi in the room is fantastic. Free breakfast was very decent. Thanks!

I stayed at this Monte Carlo last weekend and was shocked at the poor customer service and poor conditions of this hotel. Everything in this hotel is outdated including they're air conditioners. I was moved to two rooms and in both rooms the Air Conditioning was not working on what was the hottest day of the year so far. On top of my very warm and uncomfortable stay upon checkout was treated sub-par to my friend. Her room was checked and her security deposit returned to her right away. My checkout lady whom was standing right next to my friend's attendant did no such thing. Upon asking for the same service, I received attitude from the clerk. As my stay was so horrible, I expected a much higher grade of customer service. They really put a damper on one of my best friend's wedding weekend. Picked this hotel because it was close to the hall and really expected a much better stay.

Stay was decent, housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Restaurant service was not that great, they were not able to handle the number of customers on the Canada day long weekend. The limited number of servers were running frantically around. They did not pick up the phone for requests, food was okay too.

By far the best hotel I've been to in a long time . Very friendly and welcoming staff and even the cleaning ladies are nice . Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in hands down! You're guaranteed a peaceful sleep in one of their beds , it's like sleeping on a cloud . My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days last week for his business trip , and it was amazing. We got an executive suite and it was beautiful , spacious & clean . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't have a pool which really would have been nice . Most locations do , however besides that one minor thing , an overall great place to stay and reasonably priced for such a luxurious hotel .

We found it On our way to Canada and I am excited staying in this cosy small hotel near the Pearson airport... they have shuttle and the facilities are pretty good... cheaper than any hotel in the area with good breakfast... Rooms are always clean also... they have a nice bar and a good Italian restaurant located inside the hotel with good food and good prices... also there is a good spa here with reasonable fares... staff was extremely helpful and they did the best to take good care of everything we asked... I recommend this hotel 100%...
