Perfect distance from the airport. Offers shuttle service to and from airport as well. Very comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom and nice shower. AC works well, staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was perfect. Will definitely be staying here for future layovers in Toronto. Thank you!

Needed an overnight stay, near the airport. This did the trick. Don't expect anything fancy because you won't find it here. However, this will definitely do the trick for a quick stay. Conveniently located next to a 24/hr restaurant, which isn't bad either.

Staff is very disrespectful. When I got here my room was very dirty. Towels weren't all clean and there were chip crumbs and coffee stains on the desk and window sills in the room. Politely asked if I could have some sort of refund or a different room as mine was dirty and their response was "No its not dirty". They didn't care what I had to say and just starting arguing with me that their rooms are not dirty and wouldn't refund me and proceeded to call me entitled and said they didn't care if I left. Also the free breakfast is a coupon the subway next door, this hotel is very sketchy and for the price you ca find much better hotels to stay at! I left and stayed at The Sandman Signature in Mississauga about 10 minutes away which was 100x better and the staff was very helpful and kind and they also had a full service free shuttle to the airport which Nu Hotel didn't offer us.

It is what it is. You'll read a lot of bad reviews about this place. I'm sure some of them had very bad stays, but I'd wager a good chunk of these people are simply entitled. Yes, it's a converted office complex on a loud and busy freeway. Yes, the sounds isolation could be better (this would be a worthwhile investment, if the owners read these). Yes, the shuttle service is a little dicey and can take a while. Here's the thing: I paid $80 for a night because I didn't want to spend $150 somewhere else. It's nothing special, but for someone who just needed a single night's stay close to the airport, the rooms were clean (better than I expected, given the reviews), the bed was comfy, and the price was right.

Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle TO the airport was pretty seamless. Airport shuttle FROM the airport (after the trip) took about 45 minutes to arrive (after we called the hotel to announce our arrival at the pick-up terminal). When we reached the lot, we were given our keys and sent out to aimlessly search for our car---with our luggage---in the dark---in a lot with HUNDREDS of other vehicles. It was frustrating and exhausting, to say the least. There 's got to be a better system than this!
