Clean rooms & Facility, very friendly Staff and once I received my room the receptionist called me to check if I liked the room and if there’s anything they can do. Clean Spa and decent breakfasts... so far I’m enjoying my experience with them and recommend this place for friends and others. Plus it’s near the Airport about 10-15 min. Driving

Stunningly beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a weekend wedding in the summer and had a blast. Two Timmies within walking distance, plus the finer down the road was great. Free breakfast (we think - could have been paid for by the wedding crew). Staff was always helpful.

Had a three-night stay here. Staff was polite and helpful. Requested additional towels which were delivered promptly. Comfortable, clean room and beds. Large bathroom. Sitting area with fireplace. Breakfast was very good with watermelon and waffles. We will definitely return.

Very popular hotel for hosting weddings. There were 3 during my 4 night stay but the noise didn't affect us. The decor was upscale yet simple amenities were lacking. Our refrigerator was very weak and did not freeze. The towels were stored inside the shower tub and not a drier spot. Breakfast was somewhat worrisome. The milk and cream was left out and was not cold. Ended up getting the runs. For a full breakfast, there was not much variety beyond the eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, cereal and cut melon. Didn't have cold water available. They sometimes ran out of food as the guests came in and took time to refill. Also no complementary coffee/tea available in the evening. Pool is available but the water is as warm as bath water so it doesn't cool you off but can still relax and play. It's about a 40 minute drive to downtown Toronto. Overall, it was fine. We plan on going to Denny's for breakfast.
