This was a late-night last resort or else I could've never actually stayed the night. Aside from the beds, the room was filthy. The toilet had stains on the seat and did not look cleaned! There were so many long brown hairs on the floor that it looked carpeted! They claim it is a non-smoking room but it reeks of cigarettes, especially if u turn on the a/c unit. I dealth with all this because all I really needed was some sleep and the beds seemed to be clean. When calling front desk to ask if they offer late checkout, I was told I could stay until 2pm if I pay an extra $20, to which I immediately agreed and THOUGHT was arranged (never once being told it had to be payed for upfront). I was awoken by a phone call at 10am from front desk (calling from room to room) asking if my car was parked in the front lot because they need the area free for contractors (unmarked, non-sectioned off parking spaces with no sign that they would need the area clear). Then at around 11am, I received a knock on the door from housekeeping, who was completely unaware that I requested late checkout. At this point it was obvious I wasn't getting any more sleep so I decided to get ready and leave when I received another call from front desk, informing me that if I wanted to stay until 2 I would have to come pay for it first. The Super 5 motel fails to provide the bare minimum required of any motel, regardless of star rating or price - a clean place to freshen up and non-interrupted rest. NEVER AGAIN!

Very affordable accommodations. I have stayed here about 5 times now. Simple and clean accommodations. Lots of good restaurants close by. Both high end and casual dining. My only complaint is that the maid service is always late. I would think that they would do the returning guests rooms first. Instead I have come back to my room in the middle of the day 3:00 and my room was still not made up. And I had even requested it before I went out.

the poor conditions of the room, burn holes in the chairs, blankets, stains on the bedding and unclean bathroom to make it even worse they know upgrades the front desk and now changed the rules and demand a $200 deposit.. there in nothing in that room even close to worth that! The front desk staff are completely rude and unhelpful. I will never come here nor do I recommend anyone here!!! STAY AWAY!
