The only reason this place receives two stars is because we are giving it the benefit of the doubt that it's Hotel establishment aka the rooms are better than its catering services. We have been going to this hotel for the past 3 years for an annual conference and their food or whatever they like to call it is simply not even edible let alone, digestible. airplane food compared to theirs would be like going to keg vs McDonald's. As a professional event planner I am being completely objective in my judgment when stating that I would not serve this food to any client of mine. Perhaps a little bit of flavor added could enhance the experience of the guests immensely. Some spices? Herbs? Salt?!! Pepper??!!! The salad is lettuce with no dressing. Their chicken in tomato sauce tasted like canned food and their pasta didnt even have salt added to it when baking probably, let alone any real sauce to give it some texture and flavour. Terrible food. I bring my sandwich with me although we pay for the meals.

The outside of the building and the general atmosphere of the foyer wasn't that inviting or clean. The front desk associate was helpful and kind. Check out is noon, which is nice. Free breakfast is only bread products (cereals, toasts, with coffee and fruits). The rooms make up for the mediocre first impressions. They were clean and did not look too old. We got a queen suite which came with a comfy bed, shower/bath, kitchenette. Would come here again if I needed a room.

My friend hosted her grad party here I left my purse under the table and the next day they said nothing was found. I was really disappointed because the staff obviously found the bag and kept my belongings also other items did not reappear. A good banquet halls makes sure to return everything and anything that was found during the event. I do not recommend this hall. Not trustworthy

The service is good!!! Room service is amazing. The breakfast is good too.. Lots of fresh fruits and juices. Very near to subway and also to coffee shops and grocery stores. Bus stop is just outside the hotel...Only thing that bothered me were the lifts. Very slow lifts...😎

They don’t even deserve a star. Another couple and us booked and paid for a room with them over a month ago, asking if there was anything else that was needed for when we got there and they said no. Only to find out when we get there to check in they denied us a room because we didn’t have a credit card on hand and only a debit visa for a deposit as it’s “company policy”. Being over 5 hours away from home, they screwed us out of a room and wouldn’t even give us a refund as apparently there was nothing he could do. Didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Horrible customer service. Will never book with this place again. Our money will be spent elsewhere.
