Worst hotel I ever stayed at. I arrived for the Canada Day long weekend. There was only one person at the check-in counter for a busy time. It took 25 min of waiting just to check in, and the access card was not activated right, which forced me to go back down to the counter. As for the room, the cleanliness leaved at lot to desire. The showers were not cleaned property (the grout in between the white tiles was black, the shower heads weren't clean and the handle for the shower door had some crusted something...), the floors and walls around the toilet there were yellowish stains, and near the wall around the bathroom mirror, there were two small stains which may have been dried blood. Furthermore, the bathroom had wallpaper which was peeling. Very disappointed for a hotel associated with Sheraton. Never staying there again.

Service was prompt and pleasant. Rooms were VERY nice. The washroom tap is as strong as a pressure washer so be careful. Nice free coffee in room but machine was a bit dirty so veered away from using it. Would stay again though!

The service at this hotel was super. The front desk noticed where I was for and was asking about how things were going in the midst of serious flooding. Another employee helped me at the elevator and was very friendly and said she was a long time employee, which spoke volumes. Server in the restaurant at breakfast was quick, attentive and very helpful. One cleaning staff was vacuuming a room and as I walked by she stopped the vacuum to say "good morning" and then offered me a bottle of water to take with me from the cart she was replenishing rooms with. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Look forward to staying there again.

Wonderful room and stay. Laila at the front desk was amazing. She took care of us so well and was completely charming while she did. Would stay here again 100%. Facilities and restaurant are both incredibly lovely and functional as well. Clean and friendly.

Had an amazing stay here! The hotel was very clean. Very nice pool, hot tub, and excercize room. Super friendly staff went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be, I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us. Definitely going to stay here again. I recommend anyone visiting the Mississauga area to stay here!
