Nice place to stay as it is close to the lake shore. All basic necessities are reachable and at a walking distance. Hotel is neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative. The only issue is that you will find lot of bugs during summer near the hotel and in room.

During the last 4 years I have been in this hotel for three times, first two times it was summer, last time was November, December and one week of January 2018. The reason I am writing this review is that I really did not notice any of what other bad reviews said, actually it is much better than the price may lead you to believe. Friendly staff, building is old but clean, elevator was working all time, the furniture is very reasonable. Do not expect 5 stars for this price, just be reasonable, most important is that it is clean and the staff is friendly, the parking is big enough for every unit to have a car, needs pavement but no one needs to speed in the parking, so it was not bothering me. Very nice place and perfect location, definitely I recommend it to family and friends. Try it and I assure you that you will never regret.

First off the staff at the Ports Hotel are the best. Couldn't get a nicer bunch of people. The rooms are clean and well kept. Yes it's an older building so you have to account for a few issues but things at the Hotel are great.

Was there for 31/2 years was convenient to friends and water. But trouble with roaches and mice as well as walls very thin as well as very load renovations from water leaks. Also building is very run down and old.
