Lobby was spotless unlike our room, crumbs of some sorts easily visible under the edge of the couch, pink popcorn on the floor by the couch. Little black curly hairs around the sink. The bed on one side was so badly sunken in, the two of us had to share half of the good side of the bed. Middle of the night thought maybe the couch pulled out into a bed, checked and it did. Anything would be better then the bed. Pulled the hide away bed out to discover dirty blankets and sheets. Quiet surprising for being next to a major highway, but could hear everything that went on both side of our room, very thin walls. Pros- only minutes from the airport.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Carpets are filthy, pillows are clumpy and dollar store worthy, bathroom was dirty and the toilet rattled because it was sealed properly. Also paper thin walls, we could hear the beds creak in the room next to us. Breakfast was pathetic (old muffins and bread, with cheap coffee and some yogurt on ice and cereal that looked as though it’s been there for a year). All in all, just a real let down. Especially for an airport hotel. I’d rather sleep in my car before a flight to be honest.

Stay if you have no other options. Don't expect much, the rooms are poorly cleaned and the bathrooms are poorly constructed/maintained. Breakfast is almost depressing, the toasters look like they haven't been cleaned since being purchased. You're better off getting a coffee at the gas station and the cereal looked like it's been sitting out since the start of the year. Pretty sure there was blood on the ceiling of our bathroom and there was old moldy water drips which show nothing ever gets wiped down properly. We had a room with two double beds and one of them felt like it was going to collapse because the foot of one support was missing half of its base. Also, the boxspring of one bed had a couple nasty looking brown stains (time to replace stuff guys). Also clearly visible staining on the carpet of our room and garbage bins didnt even have bags in them. We also requested a crib/play pen for our 9 month old and were told it would be brought over right away but that never happened. After that we were just done and didn't even bother asking for anything else and basically got out of there as soon as possible.

Location is ideal for flying out of Hamilton airport. Only 2 minutes away. George at the front desk was fantastic, offering us a wake up call and early breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel

For the price, it is not adequate. I brought a group of students there and was astounded at how many problems there were. The pictures of the lobby are deceiving. It was quite an underkept hotel. The perks of the hotel: 1. nice decor in some areas 2. The internet works 3. Towels in bathroom were relatively white The cons: 1. The sheets on the hide-away couch were filthy and obviously unchanged. 2. The beds are not queen-sized, but double which made it crowded. 3. The room was cold 4. We found both a large spider and a house centipede in our room... what would prevent bed bugs? 5. The spare set of sheets given me had holes in them 6. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking everyone in a false alarm because of a broken piece in it's mechanism 7. The shower had hair left in it and stains. 8. The breakfast room was incredibly crowded and the continental breakfast is quite meager. The apples in the breakfast room were rotted 9. The hallways smell bad 10. The location is next to a bar and the side walk is littered with cigarette butts 11. The carpet in our room and the hallway was stained and obviously not vacuumed.
