There for business. Had a great stay. Staff wonderful and helpful. Room was clean with no issues. Breakfast is probably one of the best that I have ever had and they have dinners Mon-Wed included with stay! In heart of the city so walking to shops or work is easy. Will be back.

This was my second time staying here. Both times I have had a great experience. Check in was a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean, modern and quiet. Ample room and space in the suite. Centrally located in downtown Hamilton with easy access to transit. Would recommend if visiting the city and want that safe place to stay.

Location was not bad, they have no free parking anywhere but I guess that's how they make money right? If you're a person that likes the city and kind of gloomy looking scenery than that's for you. It was kind of dark and the only thing that lit the rooms were lamps, so if your lamp is broke. Location wise it was not bad as I was staying to go to school at Mohawk. Rooms, service, breakfast and social events were all great. Overall,4/5

I stayed here for two weeks for a course through work at Mohawk College. This is the longest I have ever stayed at a hotel. I had a single room with a queen bed that allowed me to sleep two guests on the weekend in between. The suite was comfortable, spacious, nicely styled, and functional with a full fridge, stand up shower, pull out couch (actually very comfortable!!), stove, microwave, and dishwasher. I really don’t cook so the kitchen wasn’t super useful to me but I loved the dinners three nights a week and the full breakfast. I had read that the breakfast was all cold items so was surprised that there were cooked eggs and alternating bacon and sausage. There were also several food options close by on days that there was no dinner. The only complaint I have is the television. There was no guide and not many channels. If I was only staying a couple of days, I would not have minded but staying two weeks in the winter, I spent a lot of time inside. Overall I am very impressed with this hotel! The service was excellent and it was nice and quiet.
