Very nice hotel. Beautiful inside! Wasn't thrilled about paying for parking as I paid for the stay, it should be included!! Staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! Would stay again, and would give 5 stars except for parking

You get a one star because of your misleading parking garage. You advertise public parking and then do not post sufficient signage to direct your parking customers to the spots they're allowed to park in. I paid $7 for all day parking, displayed it properly in my window and to my horror apparently parked in one of the condo owners' parking spots (picture shared parking garage where some parking spots are for public/hotel and others are for condo owner's but they're confusingly differentiated) resulting in a lovely $35 city of Hamilton ticket as a result. The condo management office blames you for not clearly marking the parking, they are equally to blame. This parking garage is a cluster f and a big money maker for the city. It is time you took better care of your customers Homewood. Fix the signage. A sign like "CONDO OWNER PARKING ONLY BEYOND THIS POINT" could do wonders.

My aunt paid for a room for my girlfriend and i on our vacation, the room we got was a huge room you could live in. It had a kitchenette and a beautiful living room set up. It's located a short distance from 1st Ontario place (Cops Colosseum), down town, and Hess village. The free breakfast was great.

Very convenient to client. Great exercise facility. Good room. Friendly helpful staff. Good reception dinner. Room smelled a little funny.

Very nice room. Very friendly staff. However the pull out couch in our room had a broken bed and at check in, it took 3 tries to get the room keys to work only to find out that it was the wrong room all along that they assigned to us. But over all very much recommended
