Since it is a 3-star hotel, I really can not complain too much. It is a well deserved 3-star hotel. The staff is really nice and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit old, and some renovation might be needed in the near future. We were assigned to an unprepared room, but they changed a clean room for us immediately. The keys were not working smoothly, and we always tried multiple times to open the door. The buffet was a 3-star level, not too much surprise, but met my expectation.Location is really great, close to everything. Lots of restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel exceeded expectations. It was a fantastic price with a good location downtown. Parking was inexpensive, secure and had in and out privileges. The rooms were clean, large and quiet with very comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast and newspaper were a plus. Staff were wonderful.

The place to stay when in Hamilton. Central to everything, Go station just a 5 minute walk, an abundant selection of food options within the area and parking is within the building. Staff are polite and professional, and helpful with local suggestions. Workout room, pool and hot tub are nice amenities to enjoy as well.

This place is a really nice hotel right in the centre of the downtown. Large rooms, nice lobby, stunningly large pool and hot tub. Pool actually hits 8ft deep and is kept warm which is rare in hotel pools I find. Biggest complaint was the noise. The room adjoined to ours by a locked door was thinking, and had a gap at the top and bottom. I'm not sure what the people in the other room were doing, but they were loud, and not talking. I also heard loud talking coming from somewhere at like 4am or 5am, though this time not from the adjoined room. Besides that, it would have been well worth the money. And the staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

Clean hotel. Great staff. Breakfast and pool were great . Room had no mini fridge though (which I thought was standard in all hotels). Also parking garage is a nightmare .If you have a lowered car DO NOT park in it. Ripped my side skirt right off trying to get out.
