This place is 100% filthy! The staff at night was awful! Asked for extra bedding and was given a yellowed table cloth and a pillow with no pillow case... disgusting. Others were leaving late and making 3 hour drives home because the rooms were so dirty. Lots of complains were heard! Do not recommend at all even if it’s close to the First Ontario center... pay the extra and stay somewhere decent!

I guess you really pay for what you get , this placed was very dirty, stains everywhere, the check in staff were nice , however the night desk lady was no help what so ever ! My cousin went down and asked for some more linen and a pillow and the lady said they gave her a dirty table cloth and a dirty pillow with no cover! I tried calling down for some and after a half hour went down on my own I said I wasn’t leaving until they got me some. I was told that maid services were not in a night! The whole building was gross , I wouldn’t take my shoes off and slept with socks on cause the carpet was so dirty there was a trail of dust against the walls. I honestly got up and wouldn’t even eat from there cause I was afraid it was dirty. I know another couple packed up and left cause they were so grossed out. I wouldn’t recommend go there unless your not expecting much.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had my at a hotel and I have a very extensive travel background. Kaitlyn at front desk (or if that's her real name) basically made it incredibly difficult to check me in because I used a credit card under my mother's name with full supporting documents and pictures to pay for a room days in advance, however a deposit needed to be paid and it needed to come from that credit card. Yet she spent an hour trying to convince me that there is nothing she can do until of course I suggested she call head office which they right away approved me. The point is that she treated the situation extremely poorly and offered no solutions that worked. I had no choice to stay at this hotel which was already paid for and she suggested I find another hotel at 8pm in the evening. I hope this is not the way policies work at Days Inn, I can't ever recommend this place to anyone knowing this is how it is.

We were in town to see the arkells concert. Decided to book a room rather than drive back to Guelph late at night. The room was clean and well maintained. Everything was adequate. There are not enough parking spaces for the number of guests staying at the hotel.

This is a fairly basic hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Continental breakfast is included and the options were good. Many other amenities as well (pool, gym, etc) that I didn't check out.
