The stuff are really friendly here and really helped my mum and I when I was moving cities for school. thats why I give it 4 star.

This is the most disgusting hotel I have been to in the city . If I could give 0 stars I would , the room was horrible stains on the ceiling the bathroom was disgusting with cigarette burns every where. We asked for clean towels around 10 pm and was told that we couldn't have because they can only be requested the following morning. Nothing works not even the guy at the front desk , when he was asked a question his reply was "I don't know I only work the front desk". Horrible experience that is unless you were looking for the seediest most dirtiest place in Hamilton then this is the place for you!

This place is an eye soar! Total dump & all I see is crackheads & hookers coming in & out! It's a disgrace, but hey if you wanna pay go nuts!

It's so out of date, tv is ancient, rooms r really cold. Cobwebs on ceiling. Plumbing not connected to anything. Rates are the same as any other motel. Only positive is its right on the outskirts of downtown
