Room is fine. The air conditioning definitely works. I would have liked a better breakfast offering. Service was acceptable.

Quality Hotel Hamilton is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Even with the renovations going on, as soon as you open that door to your room, any hassle of the construction is worth it. Everything was brand new or felt that way. The bathrooms are amazing with modern fixtures and a huge shower, the beds are comfortable and it was one of the first times I actually took my shoes off in a hotel room because the carpet was so clean. That's the other thing, it was clean. No dust, no grime on anything in the washroom. You're close to the Q.E.W, HWY 407 and HWY 403 to Brantford. Lots of parking and it's close to a Wal-Mart Smart Centre, gas stations, restaurants, Tim Horton's. Great place to stay with a really friendly staff!

Arrived and was greeted by rude customer service and the entire bottom floor under construction. Requested an early check in. Was startled to learn it was going to be an additional $25. Talked with others checking in who were surprised about the charge, and unhappy with customer service as well. Myself as well many other groups waited around an hour to avoid the unexpected $25 charge. Will not be coming back.

Everything you want in a room. Amenities near by. Nice staff.

Under renovation... lobby is temporary, and even though email notified us of work being done , it notes full breakfast. Instead we got a 4 item bagged breakfast, room was stocked with decaf coffee only, but full 4+ star price was charged. Plus, room had new mattress. Downsides, two towels only and blind was damaged.
