Thanks for providing the refreshing lemon infused water in your lobby. That alone earned five stars. The accommodations were great. Clean room. Fluffy white towels. A/C that worked although we did have to turn it down a bit. Ample choices for breakfast. We didn't starve. Lots of parking. Comfy bed. Big screen TV for our viewing pleasure. What more could you ask for. Thank you for the enjoyable stay.

Nice room. Good beds. More than enough parking spaces available. Free breakfast included. Fair assortment for breakfast. Hygienic behavior of staff can be improved... you just don’t push down the garbage in the trash bin and then continue to refill the buffet without washing your hands! Had we not seen the hygiene issue, we would have given 4 stars.

Hotel staff are great, friendly, down to earth and accommodating. People these days though, we Tried for five hours to spend a little bit of pool/hot tub time, families with more than six children made it unbearable to be in the room, I had to leave, take pills, eat food and drink water to recover from the noise and stop my head from throbbing. Later, after enjoying a quiet room, we look up to a woman with two children, appearing to film myself and my boyfriend in our bathing suits in the hot tub. I am not happy about other peoples conscious decisions to interrupt others, and I feel like my privacy, even though I did make a decision to be in public, was greatly compromised. What happened to respecting others :( I wish there could at least be signs stating that 'filming other guests in the bathing area is prohibited due to personal privacy' . I think this should naturally be common sense, but maybe reminding people isn't a bad idea either. A warning to others. You will be on display, and likely non respected by others, and unlikely to make a difference in making your stay comfortable. Stay in your room, this is not a place for privacy or relaxation. Remember, treat others as you would like to be treated, we can make our world great again:)

I love that this hotel is pet friendly yet still looks very nice and taken care of. They offer late check out until 2pm without charge and a nice hot breakfast that includes waffles, eggs, cereal, coffee, and fresh juice. There's a pool, hot tub, and a nice sitting area out behind the hotel. Even with the power being out due to a storm, I still enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Very clean, close to downtown core. Love that there is a Kelsey's attached. Great continental breakfast, pool and gym.
