Noisy hallways like all chains. TV cable reception was poor and fuzzy. No guide to channels. Price reasonable at about $100+/night. Breakfast hot and plentiful with lots of seating. Standard scrambled eggs (probably from mix?), dry bacon and greasy sausages. Could have had bananas instead of the ever present red delicious apples. Room comfortable with small fridge and a microwave. Bathroom needs new shower head. Heater/air conditioning on fan all the time.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean, wonderful people working here. The location is excellent with fast access to the QEW, many restaurants nearby as well.

A lil dated but worth the price. The breakfast was decent. It would really benefit having a pool.

Unbelievable! If I could I would give it -10. We have booked 2 rooms tonight, and they have disgusting odors, customer service is horrible. The dude that’s overnight goes to the back and sleeps making us wait for 20 min until we started knocking on the table. Then he recommends us to go to a near by hotel because he didn’t want to serve us after have 2 rooms already when we inquired for a third. Glad to know we will take our business elsewhere while the overnight man takes his nap in the back

Rushed out of breakfast by warden type woman. She was extreamly rude to a few guest there was a lot of food still left over.I understand that breakfast ends at 10 am but let the food run out! Just don't refill after that time! Really sad seeing that food go to waste. The mens bathroom was out of tolite paper for 2 hours. I went up to the check-in counter to notify the girl behind the counter and she was assisting another guest. The same warden type woman was there (I assume she was a manager) neither one acknoledged I was standing there. So I left after 10 mins of being ignored. I saw the housekeepers cart and grabed a roll and walked by the 2 ladies at the counter very bad service. At the end of my stay I just threw the key cards on the counter and walked away frustrated. Still haven't been back a year later.
