Pool was shut down for maintenance the first night and reopened next day to be disgusting and filled with dead bugs. However, they did upgrade our room after the initial one we got had smelly water flooding the floor when we arrived. The penthouse suites are nice and the cleaning and front desk staff were pleasant. The restaurant however, had lied to us one night saying they had none of the ingredients for things on the menu and that they were super 'busy'. We saw an empty area. Next morning, different restaurant staff told us they had all these ingredients and made an amazing omelet for my mother in law. However, the pancakes were bitter and the bacon was cooked oddly.

This is the best experience I have received at not only a Quality Inn but also at my hotel I have stayed at. Cherise at check in gave phenomenal service from stay to finish and topped with a courtesy check call shows the customer satisfaction is their Number 1 priority. The room was spotless, fresh and stocked with all the amenities you could need. I will definitely be staying at Quality Inns more, especially this Oakville location.

They still need to get that second elevator running. The wifi still makes me log in several times per day. The rooms are great, the staff is great. Guest laundry would be nice. Prices are also great.

Clean. Older place but nice rooms. Parking lot leaves room to be desired. One of the two elevators has apparently been out of service for a while.

Great service. They had put me into the wrong room at first on the wrong floor. As there was a hockey game coming along. They had to accommodate a family. I was there on training so didn't matter where I stayed as long as I had a bed. I was completely willing to move.but little did I know they were putting me into their jacuzzi suit. Woot woot talk about a free upgrade. I can't seem to find the photo but I've uploaded it to quality I. Photos already
