Service was amazing. Charles was a great attendant and helped solve some minor booking issues immediately. Nice guy! Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

My family and extended family stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities were good. The building was under some renovations so the it was as clean as unusual but we understood that. Overall a good experience I would likely stay here again if in the area.

Clean rooms with a few nice modern touches. Right next to the highway and great access to the lake and go train. Great place to stay after a wedding or business event.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. No mini fridge. Ice machines located on floors 3-6. Shower was amazing with the shower head and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy. The downfall was the breakfast. It's everything a complimentary continental breakfast at any other 3-4star hotel offers, except they make you pay for it. For two of us it was $30 before tip. All we had between the two of us was a waffle, 2 mini bagels, 3 slices of bacon and some fruit. I tried to eat some eggs but they were cold. It doesn't make any sense to not offer breakfast, but if you need us to pay for it separately, set yourself apart from others. Offer make to order items, at that price. Offer hot items. Eggs sitting in a warmer does not stay hot for long. I left upset knowing full well we will have to stop and get other food and pay more money, because our $30 breakfast didn't cut it.

I visited my mother while she was staying in a suite here for a few weeks. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is clean, but a little dated, which is okay because they are renovating it. While visiting, I noticed I could hear everything in the hallway, which must have made sleeping difficult for my mom. The 3 stars is because my mom was told a complimentary breakfast was included in her already expensive package, but after flying out here and getting settled in, it turned out it wasn't. They tried to make up for it by giving her a few vouchers, but it was still quite frustrating for her to find out once she got here, which has us unwilling to trust this hotel for the next time she visits.
