Pool was small and too cold, hot tub was just warm. Staff was attentive, quick and polite. Clearly recently renovated. Clean and suite was spacious. Party of 6 fit comfortably.

Located in a relatively industrial area, but somewhat convenient. The staff were not the friendliest or most welcoming. We had 3 rooms on the 4th floor and one afternoon there was a fire alarm. I had 3 seniors, 2 of which had canes. We had to evacuate using the stairs since elevators don't work during fire alarms. I know it wasn't the hotel's fault but there was zero acknowledgement of the inconvenience nor any comp and the manager clearly saw me and my Aunt struggling getting the others out. On the plus side, the restaurant on site is large and can host a large group of people. Food was mediocre.

Decent hotel stay. Concierge is very nice and helpful, there's a small cafe and restaurant. Tons of parking, make sure you have your plate # as they ask at concierge to make sure your car is logged.

Stay was great. Towels could be a bit softer, and the tv larger for the cost in my opinion. Maybe a continental breakfast as well for the cost per night. Otherwise the place was clean, tidy, and what I expected.

Upon walking into my room (room 115) after I checked in, I found an unpleasant odor. Unfortunately the only other rooms available were on the 6th floor under the rooftop patio which did not close until 1am on Friday. Housekeeping deoterized my room and turned the A/C on which helped. The washroom door is hanging crookedly and is difficult to open and close because it runs into the floor. The bathtub did not drain property and I was ankle high in water during a short shower. I could feel the springs in the mattress and did not sleep well. The pillows though, were very comfortable.
