Everyone here is SO nice! I truly loved this place so much! Definitely coming here again! The way we were treated was fantastic. We brought our pup with us and they treated him like a guest the way a should be! 10/10 for this place!!!! Thank you so much!

This hotel is ideal for families and groups that are in town for tournaments. The location is perfect for restaurants, bars and shops, as well as just a short drive to Niagara Falls tourist area. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and you get great value for your money in terms of free breakfasts and extra amenities like the two pools (one indoor, and one outdoor).

Excellent location and amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The entire property is well maintained, clean, and up to date. Breakfast choices were varied and were quickly replenished when needed. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the wonderful indoor pool!

Friendly service at the front desk. Parking was a little hard to find. Room was clean. Pool was busy outdoor. Friendly environment. Very easy to check in and out.

Hotel staff at front desk and the restaurant were great, very helpful and courteous. The reason I gave 4 star is because of bathroom and the cleaning lady. Bathroom was small, not enough towels, not enough shampoo and the one we had was almost empty and felt like it was used one. Not changing the soap and I end up buying soap and shampoo from store.
