I stayed at this hotel last weekend for one night along with my family. Since we were five adults we were given a suite with bedroom having two queen beds and a living room having one huge sofa cum bed. In addition it had a huge luxurious bathroom and a kitchenette with all the necessary amenities. We found this place too comfortable to stay at. The rooms were clean and very well decorated. The staff was courteous and very friendly. Breakfast was exceptional with a unique menu. Ample car parking and perfect peaceful location. I would say "Seeing is believing". I am happy that I choose to stay here.

We were part of a wedding party staying in welland. This best western was truly the best! Our block if rooms were wonderful for friends and family. The rates were fantastic especially considering the spacious suites! Kitchen was great and had all necessities! Staff were professional polite and friendly. No complaints at all and well worth the stay!

We loved our stay! Staff was warm and welcoming, the room was huge and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and offered lots of options. Our comforter was rather thing but we used the extra blanket and we're warm enough. The bed was comfy and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Highly recommend staying here. Beds are super comfortable. Very clean. And the best part is the staff. They are super friendly and go above and beyond. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Worst sleep I've had in a hotel that I can remember. The ground floor unit ceilings creak louder than any hotel I've stayed at. Utilities noise is excessive as well. Wasn't even asked how my stay was at check out so I lowered my rating from 3/5 to 2/5. Hotel was fine otherwise. If you stay here try to get a room on the top floor. Otherwise... there was a sign in my hotel room that if you're a light sleeper you can get ear plugs from the front desk. Therefore I'm pretty sure my experience is common.
