This hotel is a great option. Close enough to the Falls that it's only a short 20 min drive. And great proximity to the Outlets as well. When we stayed here, we visited wineries outside of Niagara in the Lake that we hadn't been to before. They were amazing and within 10-15 mind of the hotel. The room was cozy, hotel was clean and comfortable. Pool was out of order, which really sucked. That was the only downer. Otherwise great hotel and mini trip.

Stayed here for our wedding and they were so accommodating!! After our wedding we returned to our room to find a bottle of wine and Strawberries! They were so great to answer any questions we had! The room was clean and stocked with all the necessities! Photos are of after our night stay as we were leaving, so not the condition we came into.

I have been to this particular restaurant for lunch before as it is local to the University. Yesterday we decided to have lunch here and the service took so long that we were not able to even eat our meals in the restaurant. From the moment we sat down to the moment we got our food, it was 70 minutes, despite having told the waitress that we had an hour for lunch. I could possibly understand if the restaurant was packed and/or we were warned of the extremely long wait times, but at no point did the staff even acknowledge this. There was no apology or even acknowledgement when we had to ask for our order in to-go containers. I understand attempting to avoid overstaffing, but it is ridiculous that the staff on-duty cannot reasonably handle food service when the restaurant is 1/3 full. Decent food and only slightly expensive, but unless you have unlimited time to spend waiting for food, I would strongly suggest eating elsewhere.

Reception staff was pleasant. The location to Brock University was very convienent. Room needed more attention. The reception staff received our concerns and forwarded to the housekeeping staff through the manager. The restaurant was nice decor and menu selections were appetizing.
