Although this is one of my preferred places to stay, I can say without a doubt I will no longer return. We was travelling with a colleague who was there for meetings. She checked out of her room and got to the car rental agency and realized she left her wallet in her room. She immediately called the hotel and they advised they would look. She was in a panic as all her ID to get on to her flight was in her wallet. 45 minutes pass and still no call. She calls back and was treated horribly and advised that there was nothing that could be done. She went to the hotel and met with the manager (who was great) but the wallet was gone. She was told once housekeeping checked the linens to ensure it wasn’t missed there that they would call her. A full day passes. No call. Second day she calls and the front desk was so rude (hopefully you record calls for training purposes because you will want to listen to this one). Front desk says someone will call her back. Another day passes, no call. Find it hard to believe that th wallet left in a room and went back for disappears and the hotel won’t return a call. Looking to see what formal complaints can be registered. Hate to say someone in the hotel stole it, but wallets don’t get up and walk away on their own. Brutal customer experience in the way this was handled.
