Great hotel to stay at in North Bay. Check-in staff were friendly and helpful. They have a great lounge offering delicious appetizers. Although breakfast is not included, the restaurant opens at 7 am and offers a beat selection before you start your day. Room was clean, and bed was really comfortable.

Very clean hotel as room. Staff was attentive and helpful. Breakfast at restaurant was excellent, served simple choices which were easy and good. Eggs done perfectly! The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because my room was turned down during my two night stay. Whether it was because I was staying consecutively and they wanted to conserve on waste/towels but I still would’ve liked it checked and trash bins emptied. Bed was comfortable and loved all the pillows! Thanks

Kind and professional staff. Clean and comfortable room. So warm and accommodating. Very pleasant stay. We felt so welcomed. Restaurant is also awesome!

Good pet friendly hotel. The room had a musty smell at first but was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was awesome. Definitely would recommend for any pet owner.

Barely average. Standard room, but comfy bed. No continental breakfast. Staff that was met were friendly and knowledgeable. Could hear the neighbour's alarm clock...not loud, but definitely heard. The Italian restaurant was pretty good and very reasonably priced vs walking distance restaurant that cost more for equal amount of food. Server in restaurant was excellent...the server in the lounge was a little less knowledgeable.
