A client booked a room for me here as I was contributing to their team offsite. While the village / town of Wellington is certainly an out of the way destination (in other words a pain in the butt to get to) this hotel was unique and exquisite. There are 2 buildings next to each other and all guests let themselves in. You are sent a pass code for eh outer doors and for your room doors along with your room confirmation. The common areas feel like an upscale cabin, and the rooms are very well done. Each room gets a small deck with lounge chairs, is set up like a master bedroom on the inside, and the best part is the shower. A temperature gauge along with 4 taps unleash a variety of shower combinations. Turning all of them on feels like standing under a small waterfall while it's raining on you - very refreshing.

Cribs on the Creek hosted a bachelorette weekend for us and everything was amazing! They were able to accommodate 25 guests and it was the perfect venue for a large group with common space to cook and gather. The rooms were so comfortable and spacious with beautiful bathrooms and finishings. Also Cribs is in a great location - a 2 minute walk to The Drake and is right beside Midtown Brewery. Would recommend!

The room was beautiful and clean. You felt completely alone, could not hear others staying in the room. Staff was super helpful and very nice. In walking distance to many things. Great time for sure!!
