Ok place to stay for travelling workers. They did have a corporate rate, quite reasonable price. Had a good size mini fridge and microwave. Mattress was firm, decent TV and channel selection. The desk chair was pretty uncomfortable. Floor is fully carpet, but the "patio" just outside the sliding glass doors was very dirty so I kept tracking it inside when putting equipment back in the truck. I would stay here again if working in the area.

Where to start.. Believe new management or owners are there. Old place and it needs lots of TLC. Pillows were almost flat from use, beds were due for update, could not turn on small lights manually, room needs paint, toilet paper roll was about 1/2 , super small soap provided , ground are neglected, windows need a cleaning, Dated decor and we did not sleep well as we were not comfortable with the surroundings. Suggest paint , remove all carpet in rooms, new pillows, linen , clean windows, etc.. Good Luck!

I would have rather stayed in my car to be honest. When I first got in I immediately noticed the smell; it smelled like mold and was very damp. Walking down the hallway into the room was worse. I got into the room and again, smelled horrible. The room was very dirty. The pillows (two very old and uncomfortable pillows) on the bed didn't even have pillow cases, so they definitely were not clean... disgusting. The blanket was extremely thin and didn't look clean either. Ended up using our own pillows and blankets. The bathroom was dirty as well with paint peeling off the ceiling. When I went to check out in the morning there was no breakfast like was promised (not that I would have eaten it) and no one at the front desk to check me out, and I waited 10 minutes. The front desk was just full of other people's key cards, like they weren't able to check out either. It was almost as if the clerk just didn't show up for her shift. The cherry on top? I woke up covered in bug bites. I'm not saying they were bed bugs but there were definitely bugs in the room of some sort. Seriously, stay away from this place.

This place is FULL of black mould. They keep painting over it. We had to move rooms the smell was so bad. Cigarette burns in the comforter from the 90's. Beds are old and dilapidated. Some of them are literally slanted. My husband slept on his travel donut pillow because the pillows were so lumpy bumpy. Our air conditioner was barricaded in the wall with styrofoam. The water smells metallic. Beer cans litter the 'patios'. STAY AWAY.

If you're going to stay in Kemptville, this is a great place to stay. To be perfectly honest most things are outdated, but the place was very tidy and clean. You can't find much better in Kemptville. Wifi worked well, and the breakfast was basic but got the job done. Staff was friendly. It's definitely not a 5 star hotel, but considering the cost and other options, I give it 5 because I was not dissatisfied with anything. TL;DR: If you just want a clean place and have an optimistic "make it work" attitude, this place will do just fine for you.
