We arrived and the bathroom sink was plugged, the air conditioning rattles like crazy and dripped all night. The manager came down and accused me of turning it down, which I never touched and accused me of shaving in the sink my hair is brown/grey, wifes hair is blonde and the drain was plugged with long black hair. Middle of the night the fire/smoke detector beeps and he said they have power surges, the detectors should not turn off if hydro goes off. I was accused of causing these problems in the room and was offered no reduction in the cost of our sleepless night. I will for your safety from fire or smoke reccomend you do not book a room at this place. I will be contacting the local fire department to look into why the smoke detectors shut off during a power outage. Will definitely be staying somewhere else next time I'm in the area.

I checked in late Monday night and the guy at the front desk was more than willing to help me I’ll be coming back with my wife when not on business

We stayed for a hockey tournament, the rooms were very dated and well worn but they were large and seemed to be clean. The heat worked well in the rooms but the hallway was freezing. Bath towels were very small and you only get two, the blankets were very thin. we stayed for two nights and our beds were never made which wasn't a big deal but I thought was strange. The staff was pleasant and the price was right. It served our purpose being in the right location but I would not go out of our way to stay there again.

THE STAFF TRIED TO STEAL MY DEPOSIT! They were obstinate and rude from the first second I wasted staying here. The front desk lied about rht printer being broken so they could cover up the fact I gave a deposit in the first place. Then when I caught him in that like he tried to give me a receipt that said I didn't give a deposit. Sure enough when I tried to check out the crooks cooked up a lie about their being pot smoking in the room. I was inconvenienced, insulted and even threatened while trying to get my deposit rightfully returned to me. They didn't budge till I mentioned calling the cops, a trait I believe to be developed by having to avoid their interference during attempted fraud in the past. I'd give the place less than one star, but I have to give them at least one star (that they don't deserve) to post this warning: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE OR THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!
