My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice in the last year and each time has been absolutely amazing. The staff at check in are friendly and welcoming the second you walk through the door. Any questions are quickly answered! The rooms both times have been extremely neat and clean upon arrival. The rooms are large, spacious, and cozy!! It’s the perfect location downtown London, close to so many restaurants and shops!!! Highly recommend to anyone.

My family and I stayed here recently. It is located right next door to a number of restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. The sink and mirror are in their own room just outside the bathroom/shower room, which is convenient. The A/C worked fine, as did the small fridge and Keurig. There were two large screen TVs, which impressed me. The living room had enough space for the five of us to hang out comfortably. The wifi is free and fast. The breakfast was excellent. The little cinnamon buns were soft and fresh, and the coffee was quite good as well. Definitely a step above most continental breakfasts I've had at hotels. We didn't explore the area too much, but we had to drive through some pretty rough areas to get to the hotel from the highway. That's the only downside I can think of. The people at the front desk were friendly, and service was prompt when we requested an extra towel.

The park hotel is very comfortable, and a great location. It's a 10 minute walk from the nursing home and hospital complex at Mt Hope too so It's great for visiting sick family. My unit had only a shower in it instead of a tub, so that was a disappointment, but turns out you can specify a tub for the same price. Service is great and my stay was very restful.
