It's always important for me to feel comfortable in a room, since countless others have slept there. I reay enjoyed the Residence in because it feels like home away from home. The walls are nicely insulated so you don't get bothered by the other guests. I am picky about pillows but they weren't bad. I would recommend the big you're looking for a reasonably priced place with good accommodations.

Excellent service! I visit London on a yearly basis and have been at a couple hotels around. In my experience, this has been by far, my best Hotel experience so far. The staff is very nice and helpful, the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is awesome and features multiple food options, the overall state of the location is kept extremely clean and yet very inviting, feeling a lot like a luxurious appartment building with big and inviting suites, well arranged into stylish yet functional sets. Thank you greatly!

Great breakfast. Nice rooms. The suites are huge and have a great kitchenette with its own ice maker. Elevator is a tad slow.

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for 4 nights while in town for our wedding! Dyana (sales coordinator) was wonderful to work with when booking a block of rooms for our guests - she was attentive and prompt, and followed up periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. The staff at the hotel were pleasant and helpful throughout the stay - from making sure we were comfortable in our room, to sneaking me out a back exit while in my bridal gown to avoid my arriving guests! Overall, an exceptional experience and would definitely recommend :)

Room is pretty clean but soundproofing is very poor. I woke up at 5 and couldn't fall back asleep with the sounds from the streets. Was on 10th floor and could hear everything like I'm on first. Free breakfast is great. Buffet style with hot/cold food. Great selection.
